This is the place from where freedom fighter Kiang Nangbah had initiated the freedom struggle against the British. It is situated on the bank of the river Myntdu. Today, Syntu Ksiar is an extremely popular picnic spot for the locals. You would almost always notice both children and adults angling and swimming in the river here.
